How does the monthly drop work?
Each month, a new menu goes live. There are always four treats available: two permanent classics that never leave the menu and two seasonal flavors that rotate every month. Orders are open for four days or as stock lasts. The next week there will be pickups at The Book Dragon in Ville Platte, LA.
When do orders close?
Orders close within four days of them opening or when we've reached our baking capacity, whichever comes first. We recommend ordering early, since they tend to go fast.
What size options are available?
Every cookie comes in three sizes: Single (1), Treat Box (4), and One Dozen (12).
How do I pay?
Payment is processed online via Stripe at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How fresh are the cookies?
Every order is baked fresh after it's placed. We don't pre-bake and stock cookies. You're getting them at peak freshness, which is the only way we do it.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
At room temperature in an airtight container, cookies stay fresh for 3 days. For longer storage, you can pop them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Do you accommodate allergies?
All allergen information is listed on each product page. Most cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. We bake in a home kitchen that is not allergen-free, so cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?
At this time, I am not accepting custom or bulk orders.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Because cookies are made fresh to order, we can't offer refunds once baking has started. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. See our full policy on the Policies page.
